5. SEO Services
SEO results generally require time and ongoing optimization. Search engine rankings can change due to algorithm updates, competition, technical factors, and other external circumstances.
Click Local does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, including a guaranteed first-page or number-one position.
We follow ethical and industry-standard SEO practices designed to improve long-term search visibility.
6. Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads
Advertising services are subject to the policies, systems, algorithms, approval processes, and pricing of third-party platforms such as Google and Meta.
Click Local cannot guarantee:
- Ad approval
- A specific cost per click
- A specific number of leads
- A specific number of sales
- A specific advertising return
- Continued availability of an advertising feature
Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms are separate from Click Local’s professional service fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Google Business Profile Services
Google Business Profile management is subject to Google’s policies and systems.
Click Local can optimize and manage a business profile according to applicable best practices, but we cannot guarantee a specific Google Maps or local search ranking.
Google may modify, suspend, review, or remove profiles or listings for reasons outside our control.

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, business information, images, logos, documents, product information, and other materials required for the project.
Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the project timeline.
Additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information required to complete their projects.
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Providing necessary access credentials
- Providing required content and materials
- Reviewing and approving project work
- Making payments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensuring that supplied content does not violate third-party rights
Click Local is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the client.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
- Google Ads
- Google Business Profile
- Meta
- WordPress
- Hosting providers
- Analytics platforms
- Payment providers
These platforms operate independently and have their own terms, policies, systems, and privacy practices.
Click Local is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, policy updates, technical failures, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.
11. Payments & Fees
Service fees, project costs, advertising budgets, and payment schedules will be communicated to the client before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
- Third-party advertising costs are separate from service charges.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Specific payment terms may be included in individual proposals, quotations, invoices, or service agreements.
12. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a service arrangement subject to the terms agreed in the relevant proposal, quotation, contract, or service agreement.
Outstanding payments for completed work or services already provided remain payable.
Upon termination, Click Local may discontinue ongoing services, campaigns, access, maintenance, or other activities associated with the terminated service.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Click Local retains ownership of its original:

- Processes
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Internal tools
- Software
- Website components
- Design systems
- Marketing methodologies
- Proprietary materials
Client-specific final deliverables may be transferred or licensed to the client according to the agreed project terms and payment status.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.
14. Client Content
Clients retain responsibility for the content, images, logos, trademarks, videos, documents, and other materials they provide to Click Local.
The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use such materials.
Click Local is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of materials supplied by the client.
15. Confidentiality
Click Local will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information provided by clients private.
